Join us on February 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM for an engaging and informative workshop focused on building practical skills to support survivors of sexual violence.
This session is designed to help participants feel more prepared and capable when someone chooses to share an experience of sexual violence with them. Together, we will explore how trauma can affect individuals in different ways, and how our responses can play a meaningful role in a survivor’s healing journey.
The workshop will provide a supportive, respectful space for learning and reflection. We will explore how personal assumptions, professional roles, and systemic factors can influence our responses, and how to navigate disclosures in a way that prioritizes survivor dignity, autonomy, and safety while maintaining professional responsibilities.
