Calgary Legal Guidance

Guiding Vulnerable
Albertans through
the legal system

CLG is a non-profit legal organization dedicated to providing free legal guidance to those who do not have access to paid services.

We serve vulnerable Albertans.

CLG offers free legal guidance to no-to-low-income people, including those experiencing family violence, homelessness, or health issues, and cannot afford a lawyer or have access to paid services.

(403) 234-9266

Important notice: Calgary Legal Guidance services are currently under extreme demand. Our current wait times are 1-2 weeks for a call back from our Intake team and 4-6 weeks to see a lawyer for summary advice.

Please note, we are not a crisis service and we do not provide representation. Please contact Legal Aid Alberta who may be able to assist you. Legal Aid Alberta: 1-866-845-3425

Legal topics can be read on the Free Legal Info page on our website here and also at www.cplea.ca, as you might be able to find the information you need without meeting with a lawyer.
