Attendance Guidelines:
Attendees will be expected to provide copies of relevant documents such as correspondence/documentation from Immigration authorities, identification documents, copies of applications already submitted and translations of documents that are not in English.
Attendees will meet in person with a CLG staff member for clinic intake and to receive legal information. Legal advice may be provided directly at the clinic by a lawyer on a case-by-case basis.
Persons should not attend the walk-in clinic if they have symptoms such as fever or cough, if they have tested COVID positive within the last 5 days, or if they have been in close contact with someone who has tested COVID positive within the last 7 days.
The CLG Immigration Team may not be able to see everyone who comes to the clinic during this time. Coming to the clinic or CLG Office does not guarantee we will be able to represent that person or work on their case.
Our immigration intake line remains open, and persons who are not seen can continue to contact (403) 716-6499 for assistance with Immigration matters.
